Krista Jayne
Krista has been a member of the Iron Mountain Animal Hospital team since 2006 after graduating with a medical office degree. She performs a wide range of functions and has become a valued receptionist, becoming our lead receptionist in the fall of 2014, and advancing to assistant office manager in the fall of 2017.
She enjoys the camaraderie of working with people who love pets like she does. When not at work she loves to spend time with her husband Kevin and their two daughters Kailey and Khloe. She has a dog Bentley and two cats Jingle and Pippa.

Katie
Katie has been working at Iron Mountain Animal Hospital since September 2010. You can find her behind the front desk as a receptionist. Katie graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. In 2008 she began working as a veterinary assistant in Escanaba. In 2010 she moved back to Iron Mountain to be closer to her family.

Katie lives in Iron Mountain with her husband and 3 kids and their crazy menagerie of pets! They have two cats and an Australian Shepherd. Outside of work Katie enjoys spending time with her family, 4-wheeling, camping, and reading a good book with her cats on her lap and her dog curled up at her feet.

Krista joined our team in August of 2006 after receiving a Medical Office Specialist degree from Bay College. She performs a wide range of functions and has become a valued receptionist, becoming our lead receptionist in the fall of 2014.
“Being a receptionist gives me the opportunity to be able to meet and greet our clients and their pets and put a face to the voice we talk to on the phone. I feel that everybody who works here is very loving and compassionate, and is always providing the best care possible for our patients and their owners.”
She resides in Iron Mountain with her husband, Kevin, their two daughters, and an English Golden Retriever named Bentley. She enjoys camping, four wheeling, going to off-road races, and spending time with family and friends.

Allyssa Iverson
Allyssa is a lifelong resident of the area and began working at the Iron Mountain Animal Hospital in May of 2007. She graduated from Kingsford High School, took classes through Bay de Noc Community College, and resides now in Kingsford with her son Kyle. They have 2 dogs named Nozzle (a chocolate Lab) and Pepper (a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon/Springer Spaniel mix) and also a very energetic kitty named Belle (aka Squirrel).
Other than her passion for all animals, Allyssa loves music, anything outdoors (especially running, walking & fishing), and most importantly spending time with family & friends!

Anne Hicks
Anne joined Iron Mountain Animal Hospital in July of 2008. She is a lifelong resident of the area. Prior to joining IMAH she worked at a local small business specializing in micrographics, computer repair and bank equipment sales and supplies. This business career kept her busy for over 30 years, eventually becoming part owner and company president.

When not at work, Anne enjoys biking, bowling, flower gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.

Ainsley
Ainsley began working at Iron Mountain Animal Hospital in February of 2019. Ainsley has always had a passion for animals. She feels very lucky to be apart of a team that cares and loves for animals as much as she does. She enjoys interacting with all of the clients and patients that come through our door.

Ainsley lives in Iron Mountain and enjoys being in the Upper Peninsula. She loves the wildlife and nature associated with our area. Ainsley likes the close-knit community we have surrounding us and appreciates being in a small town. Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys spending time at camp with her family and three dogs. She has two Bernese Mountain Dogs named Ben and Max & a Shorkie named Sophie.
